Mandelic Acid Derivatives
Mandelic acid derivatives are a product of metabolism of adrenaline and noradrenaline, the two most common hormones that regulate human visceral functions. They have found applications in various pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products. Mandelic acid is also an oxygen-based surrogate of phenylalanine, thus raising attraction in peptidomimetics.
In Galochrom, we offer a library of both enantiomers of several 3- and 4-substituted mandelic acids, designed especially for metabolomics testing. Our aim is to deliver our customers an easy access to these scarcely available analytes.
